INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT
In the following, we will tell you which types of personal data we may collect about you and how we collect it. In section 6, we have in a table explained the purposes for which we process your personal data and the lawful bases we rely on. We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:
Identity Data includes your surname and last name
Contact Data includes your email or other online contact information, telephone number and address.
Consent data includes data on consents you have given for cookies or electronic marketing when you sign-up for our email list.
Technical Data includes User’s IP address, browser type and version, preferred language, geographical location using IP address, operating system and computer platform, the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, though, and from our services, including date and time; and areas of our services you have visited. Technical data also includes data on necessary cookies, which are expected by you, such as remembering preferences.
Cookie data includes data on non-necessary cookies. We need your consent for processing these cookies. Please see more specific descriptions of the cookies we use in section 3.
The identity (A), contact (B), and consent (C) data is provided directly by you through the website. The technical (D) and cookies (E) data is collected directly from your use of our website and interaction within it.
THE PURPOSES AND THE LAWFUL BASIS

We may share information, including personal information, with our trusted third-party service providers that we use to provide services to us and process your data on our behalf and under our instruction. These third-party service providers may have access to or process your personal information for the purpose of providing these services for us. We do not permit our third-party service providers to use the personal data that we share with them for any other purpose than in connection with the services they provide to us. These third-party service providers may include IT service providers; analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site; hosting service providers; cyber security service providers; and marketing service providers.
WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to and stored at a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. However, to ensure that your personal data receive an adequate level of protection, we have ascertained that sufficient safety measures have been implemented to allow for the transfer, including where the European Commission have deemed the country to provide an adequate level of protection for personal data, or by use of specific safeguards such as contracts approved by the European Commission (Standard Contractual Clauses) which give personal data essentially equivalent protection as it has in the EEA. DATA RETENTION
Luota Oy does not store personal data longer than is legally permitted and necessary for the purposes of providing the services or the relevant parts thereof. The storage period depends on the nature of the information and the purposes of processing.

We use both session-specific cookies and persistent cookies. You can find the retention times of all cookies in section 3.
Session-specific cookies are stored in the memory for the duration of the session and are deleted when the user has closed the browser.
Permanent cookies are stored on the hard drive of the user's computer and are kept for a certain period or until the user deletes the cookies.
HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS
You have certain options available to you when it comes to your personal data. Below is a summary of those options, how to exercise them. Please note that some of these options are legal basis -specific, meaning that they can only be used when personal data processing is based on a specific legal basis.

Request to know whether we process your personal data
